How it works

  1. You fill in the questionnaire (10 minutes, 10 questions).
  2. You get an acknowledgement with your reference, then our bank details by email for the transfer.
  3. The diagnosis starts when the transfer is received. It is delivered by email within 24 business hours.
  4. If an answer is too thin, we ask one clarifying question (the clock pauses until you reply).
  5. A week later, a short message asking for your feedback.
No time required from youThe process runs automatically: questionnaire, acknowledgement, diagnosis, delivery by email. No video call, no meeting - the 20-minute call remains a paid option, on request.
Good to knowIndicative opinion, no guarantee of results. No legal, tax or medical advice. Your information stays confidential and is used only to produce your diagnosis (see Terms). One free revision if the diagnosis misses your topic (request within 7 days, with details).

Resident rate: proof of residence

  1. You attach proof at checkout: Mauritian national ID card, residence permit, or a recent utility bill (electricity, water, internet) in your name in Mauritius.
  2. Automatic check: accepted document type, name matching the order, validity (bill less than 3 months old, permit still valid, legible document).
  3. Valid proof: the resident rate (9,000 or 5,700 MUR incl. VAT depending on the offer) is confirmed immediately. Invalid proof: the public rate applies, with the option to submit a new document.
