👍🏻 Another exit agreement signed. Always a satisfying moment, especially when you know how much work went into getting everyone across the finish line. Negotiations, documents, last-minute details… and quite a few people who deserve more credit than they’ll ever get in the announcement. A good excuse to raise a glass to everyone involved. 🥂
👎🏻 Even superpowers need quality control. After Wednesday’s enthusiasm about AI, a little reality check. Building an AI-powered service can now take hours. Making sure it actually works reliably from end to end is another matter. Inputs, outputs, delivery, exceptions… the devil is still very much in the details. Apparently, even Bruce Almighty needed a testing department. 🙈
✍🏻 My Logbooks are learning French. The original English versions remain untouched, but I’m gradually adding French translations to the Nexexo website. What started as a weekly habit is becoming a personal archive of experiences, decisions and lessons. Almost 200 chapters now. Giving them a second language feels like giving them a second life. 📚
🧭 Apparently, the last 10% still takes 90% of the effort. Even with AI. 😅
